Celeriac Sticks with Eggs.

This post is for those who have no time to cook. Who come home late, exhausted and longing for a bath. Two ingredients and 35 minutes.

CELERY STICKS.

celeriac – 1
a pinch of salt
olive oil – 2 tablespoons
a pinch of pepper
eggs – 2

Preheat the oven to 230° C. Chop the celeriac into stripes and blanch them for 2 minutes in salted water. Discard them on a tray, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. And bake them for about 30 minutes until caramelised and crunchy.

After 25 minutes prepare the eggs, by boiling them for about 6 minutes. The egg yolk should still be soft.
