Creamy Smoky Pimento Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, pita chips, or pretzels.
Fold in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and drained pimentos. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until well combined.
Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
