For the White BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne (if using), and sugar. Whisk again until fully combined and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness as desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
