Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract if using.
