Caramel Filling:
- 20 soft caramels (unwrapped)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Chocolate Topping:

- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Make the Cookie Cups: Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Press dough into muffin cups and bake until golden.
- Fill with Caramel: Melt caramels with cream, fill each cup with caramel.
