Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Add Apples: Fold in the chopped apples.
- Cook Pancakes: Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour batter, cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden brown.
