- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Thickening Agent:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water

Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer, then thicken with cornstarch slurry.
