- 1 head of garlic, top cut off
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking the potatoes and feta evenly.
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and cube the baking potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Place them into a baking dish ready for seasoning.
- Season the potatoes: Sprinkle the cubed potatoes evenly with dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over them and toss gently to coat all pieces with the herbs and oil.
