- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cheese mixture: In a bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper. Roll into balls and freeze.
