- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Roll the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry, spread the filling, and roll into a log.
