- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese or pâté (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Season beef cubes with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned. Brush with Dijon mustard.
- Make the Mushroom Duxelles: Sauté mushrooms, shallot, and thyme. Add cream cheese or pâté. Let cool.
- Assemble: Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place mushroom mixture, beef cube, and wrap in pastry.
