- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices cooked bacon (cut into thirds)
- 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 16 small toasted bread cubes (optional, for a full BLT effect)

For the Avocado Sauce:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
- Make the Avocado Sauce: Combine avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Chill until serving.
- Assemble the Skewers: Thread tomato, bacon, lettuce, and bread (if using) onto skewers. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve: Arrange skewers on a platter and serve with chilled avocado sauce for dipping or drizzling.
Notes
- Refrigerate skewers ahead but add bread cubes just before serving for crispness.
- For a low-carb option, omit the bread cubes.
