For the Orzo:

  • 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package (5.2 ounces) Boursin garlic & herb cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook the Orzo: In the same pan, toast the orzo for 1–2 minutes. Add chicken broth, simmer until absorbed, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Make the Sauce: Reduce heat, stir in Boursin, cream, and Parmesan until creamy.
