Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the eggs: In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until just set. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, and a sausage link on each triangle. Roll up from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
- Bake: Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
