  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and lightly flour a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle and place it on the prepared surface. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Prepare the toppings: In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce over the dough. Top with the buffalo chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
