- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F and lightly flour a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle and place it on the prepared surface. Brush with olive oil.
- Prepare the toppings: In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce over the dough. Top with the buffalo chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
- Finish and serve: Remove from oven, let cool slightly, garnish with parsley or green onions, and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing if desired. Slice and serve hot.
