Dry Herb Blend:
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
Additional:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Dry Herb Blend: In a small bowl, combine basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, thyme, and marjoram.
- Preparation: To serve, place 1-2 teaspoons of the herb blend on a plate. Pour olive oil over the herbs and gently mix. Top with grated Parmesan if desired.
Store the herb mix in an airtight container for later use.
Serve with warm bread and enjoy!
