  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ÂĽ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 soft flatbreads or naan
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onion: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in olive oil until soft, about 3 minutes.
  2. Cook Beef: Add garlic, then ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in cheddar cheese.
  3. Fill Flatbreads: Lay flatbreads on a surface, spoon beef mixture on one half, fold over to form a semicircle, and press to seal.
  4. Cook Flatbreads: Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and cook in a skillet or griddle until golden brown and heated through.
