Description

Indulge in the decadent delight of this Cheesecake Cookie Dough Pull-Apart Cake that combines the irresistible flavors of cookie dough and creamy cheesecake in a fun, pull-apart style cake. Perfect for any sweet occasion!

Ingredients

Cookie Dough Filling:

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated cookie dough (chocolate chip or sugar), 8 oz cream cheese (softened), ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup mini chocolate chips.

Biscuit Layer:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits), 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar.

Glaze:

¼ cup powdered sugar, 1–2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan or 9-inch round baking dish.
  2. Prepare cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Fill and assemble cake: Cut each biscuit in half and flatten slightly. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling onto each piece and seal into a ball. Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar. Crumble cookie dough and layer the filled biscuit balls and cookie dough chunks in the pan.
  4. Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Glaze and serve: Let cool, then invert onto a plate. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the top.

Notes

  • You can use homemade cookie dough if preferred.
  • Add chopped nuts or caramel bits for extra flavor and texture.
  • Best served warm for gooey, melty goodness.
