Ingredients
Cookie Dough Filling:
1 package (16 oz) refrigerated cookie dough (chocolate chip or sugar), 8 oz cream cheese (softened), ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup mini chocolate chips.
Biscuit Layer:
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits), 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar.
Glaze:
¼ cup powdered sugar, 1–2 teaspoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan or 9-inch round baking dish.
- Prepare cheesecake filling: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Fill and assemble cake: Cut each biscuit in half and flatten slightly. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling onto each piece and seal into a ball. Roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon sugar. Crumble cookie dough and layer the filled biscuit balls and cookie dough chunks in the pan.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
- Glaze and serve: Let cool, then invert onto a plate. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze and drizzle over the top.

- You can use homemade cookie dough if preferred.
