Description

Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved horizontally to make 4 cutlets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Other Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: On both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
