- 4 ounces sliced deli ham (chopped)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (divided)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
For the Creamy Dijon Gravy:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for gravy)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the meatloaf: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, spices, ham, half of the Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard. Press into a loaf pan and bake.
