  • 4 ounces sliced deli ham (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

For the Creamy Dijon Gravy:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for gravy)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the meatloaf: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, spices, ham, half of the Swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard. Press into a loaf pan and bake.
