Chicken Philly Sandwich:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken with seasonings until browned.
