- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and dill to create the tzatziki sauce.
- Assemble the dish: Place the chicken breasts in a lightly greased baking dish. Spread half of the tzatziki mixture over the chicken, coating evenly. Scatter the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives around the chicken.
