  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry: Add remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add broccoli and cook until tender. Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and simmer until thickened.
  4. Finish: Drizzle with sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot with rice.
