Brownies:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix the brownie batter: In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- Bake the brownies: Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the frosting: Beat butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Add milk gradually until the frosting is smooth.
- Frost the brownies: Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies. Slice and serve.
