- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening

- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, tap off the excess, and place on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Decorate: Top with holiday sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

- For a boozy twist, add 1–2 tablespoons of bourbon to the filling mixture before rolling.
