For the Dijon Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Pound the chicken: Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ½-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff the chicken: Place ham and cheese on each breast, roll up tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Bread the chicken: Dredge chicken rolls in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
