  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Bloom Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Panna Cotta Mixture: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, coffee, and salt. Stir until steaming but not boiling. Remove from heat, add bloomed gelatin, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  3. Chill: Pour mixture into ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  4. Make Vanilla Cream: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  5. Serve: Top set panna cotta with vanilla cream and chill before serving.
