- 1 1/2 cups tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
For the Garlic Fries:
- 4 large russet potatoes (cut into fries)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Add chicken and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the Garlic Fries: Toss potato fries with olive oil, bake until golden and crispy. Sprinkle minced garlic in the last 5 minutes, then toss with parsley and salt.
