- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Season and cook the chicken: Coat chicken strips with Cajun seasoning. Cook in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Add cream and broth, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
