  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • nori (seaweed strips) for garnish
  • chopped green onion for garnish
  • optional: shichimi togarashi for spice

Instructions
