  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Vegetables:

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed

Garnish:

  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil penne pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season Chicken: Coat chicken with jerk seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook Chicken: Brown chicken in olive oil until fully cooked; set aside.
  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook bell peppers until tender, add garlic.
  5. Make Sauce: Pour in cream and broth, add cheeses, stir until creamy.
  6. Combine: Return chicken, add pasta, toss until coated and heated through.
