Sauce:

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
To Serve:
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- Prepare the sauce: Sauté onions and garlic, then add red peppers, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine: Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve: Divide into bowls, top with burrata, basil, and parsley.
