Instructions

- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and the mixture is creamy.
- Stir in butter or coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring until fully combined.
