- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Season Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute baby potatoes with Yukon Gold or red potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces.
