Description

Spring Rolls:

  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Wrap Spring Rolls: Place a wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon filling, fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
  3. Air Fry: Brush rolls with oil. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Air fry rolls for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.

Notes

  • To make vegetarian, use more soy sauce or hoisin sauce instead of oyster sauce.
  • The filling can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
  • For extra crispiness, spray rolls with additional oil before air frying.
