Spring Rolls:
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing
Instructions
- Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
- Wrap Spring Rolls: Place a wrapper on a flat surface. Spoon filling, fold bottom corner over filling, fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal with water.
- Air Fry: Brush rolls with oil. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Air fry rolls for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
Notes
- To make vegetarian, use more soy sauce or hoisin sauce instead of oyster sauce.
- The filling can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
- For extra crispiness, spray rolls with additional oil before air frying.
