  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese.
  2. Prepare Taquitos: Warm tortillas, spoon beef mixture onto each, and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
  3. Fry Taquitos: Heat oil in a skillet, fry taquitos until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Make Chipotle Sauce: Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, chipotle, adobo sauce, lime juice, and salt.
