Ingredients
Tortillas:
4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
Cucumber:
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
Feta Cheese Mixture:
1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill or parsley
Additional Fillings:
1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced red onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, olive oil spray for crisping
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
