Crispy Fried Cod:

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Tartar Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cod: Pat cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
