Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
Breading:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare breading station: Set up three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret in flour, then in egg, and finally in the panko-Parmesan mixture. Press to coat well.
- Bake: Place coated florets on the baking sheet, spray or drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
