Cauliflower Bites:

Breading:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare breading station: Set up three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret in flour, then in egg, and finally in the panko-Parmesan mixture. Press to coat well.
  4. Bake: Place coated florets on the baking sheet, spray or drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
