  • 3 medium potatoes, diced

Broth and Seasonings:

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup red wine (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves

Additional:

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Coat Beef: Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Prepare Slow Cooker: Transfer browned beef to the slow cooker. Add vegetables.
  3. Add Flavors: Stir in broth, wine, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs.
