Fruit Filling:

Cake Topping:

  • 1 box (about 15 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer Fruit: Add the sliced peaches and blueberries to the crockpot. Sprinkle with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Add Cake Mix: Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the fruit mixture—do not stir.
  4. Drizzle Butter: Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much of the surface as possible.
  5. Cook: Cover and cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
