Chicken:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Garlic Sauce:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  3. Prepare Garlic Sauce: Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and thyme, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes, until the chicken is coated and heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
