Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare the wide egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly and allow them to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the creamy base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  3. Combine noodles and base: Gently fold the cooked noodles into the cheese mixture. Add the kosher salt and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, mixing carefully to incorporate without breaking the noodles.
