Description

This Easter Punch Recipe is a delightful and refreshing beverage perfect for spring gatherings. Fruity juices and fizzy soda combine with sherbet for a creamy twist, topped with citrus slices and optional sprinkles for a festive touch.

Juice Mixture:

  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 2 cups orange juice (chilled)
  • 2 cups pink lemonade (chilled)

Additional:

  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda or ginger ale (chilled)
  • 1 pint rainbow sherbet or orange sherbet
  • Lemon and orange slices (for garnish)
  • Pastel sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Juices: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and pink lemonade. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add Soda: Just before serving, slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda or ginger ale.
  3. Add Sherbet: Add scoops of sherbet on top to float.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with lemon and orange slices around the edge or on serving glasses. Sprinkle pastel sprinkles or edible glitter over the top if desired.
