Juice Mixture:
- 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
- 2 cups orange juice (chilled)
- 2 cups pink lemonade (chilled)
Additional:
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda or ginger ale (chilled)
- 1 pint rainbow sherbet or orange sherbet
- Lemon and orange slices (for garnish)
- Pastel sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Juices: In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and pink lemonade. Stir well to mix.
- Add Soda: Just before serving, slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda or ginger ale.
- Add Sherbet: Add scoops of sherbet on top to float.
- Garnish: Garnish with lemon and orange slices around the edge or on serving glasses. Sprinkle pastel sprinkles or edible glitter over the top if desired.
- Serve: Serve immediately with a ladle or in individual glasses.
