Description

This Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the classic Italian tiramisu with the creamy hazelnut flavor of Kinder Bueno bars. With layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, Nutella drizzle, and chopped Kinder Bueno, it’s a luscious and indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Coffee Mixture

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for sweetening the coffee)

Mascarpone Cream

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional Ingredients

  • 16 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 6 Kinder Bueno bars (chopped, divided)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1/4 cup Nutella (softened)
  • Extra Kinder Bueno pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Coffee: Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool completely. Add sugar if desired and stir until dissolved.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, ensuring it’s light and airy.
  3. Mix Mascarpone: In a separate bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Cream and Mascarpone: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, incorporating it without deflating the cream.
  5. Add Kinder Bueno: Fold half of the chopped Kinder Bueno bars into the mascarpone cream mixture for added texture and flavor.
  6. Layer Ladyfingers: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and layer them evenly in the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
  7. First Cream Layer: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
  8. Add Nutella Drizzle: Drizzle softened Nutella over the mascarpone layer evenly.
  9. Repeat Layers: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture. Smooth the top for a neat finish.
  10. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to allow flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
  11. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with the remaining chopped Kinder Bueno and extra pieces for crunch and decoration.

Notes

  • Warming Nutella slightly in the microwave for 10–15 seconds makes it easier to drizzle.
  • Reserve some chopped Kinder Bueno bars for sprinkling on top to add texture and visual appeal.
  • Use strong espresso for the best flavor, but strong brewed coffee works as well.
  • Make sure the espresso or coffee is completely cooled to prevent ladyfingers from becoming soggy too quickly.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours to ensure firm layers and full flavor melding.
