  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans if using, and stir until evenly distributed.
