- 2 packages instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Ramen Noodles: Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Saute: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the sauce mixture, and cook until fragrant. Add cooked noodles, toss until coated and heated through.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
