  • 2 packages instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles: Boil water in a medium pot and cook ramen noodles for about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Saute: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the sauce mixture, and cook until fragrant. Add cooked noodles, toss until coated and heated through.
  4. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
