- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
Seasonings and Broth:
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings:
- Shredded cheese

Instructions
- Saute Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
- Brown Meat: Cook ground beef or turkey until browned.
