- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour over crust and bake.
- Create the Blackberry Sauce: Cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice, thicken with cornstarch.
- Prepare the White Chocolate Mousse: Melt white chocolate with cream, mix with cream cheese. Whip remaining cream and fold in.
