- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
- Prepare the Coconut Coating: Combine shredded coconut in a shallow bowl.
